Exchange and Return Policy
- Customers can return or exchange products within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method according to your bank’s policies.
- Refunds include the product value only. Delivery or return shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Cases where returns/exchanges are not accepted:
- If the product has been opened or used.
- If more than 12 hours have passed since receipt.
- If the product is damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- If the safety seal is removed or the original packaging/accessories are missing.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:
- You can return it within 12 hours of receipt, in its original packaging and condition.
- After inspection, a full refund will be issued, including the product value and delivery cost.
