Exchange and Return Policy

  • Customers can return or exchange products within 12 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method according to your bank’s policies.
  • Refunds include the product value only. Delivery or return shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Cases where returns/exchanges are not accepted:

  • If the product has been opened or used.
  • If more than 12 hours have passed since receipt.
  • If the product is damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • If the safety seal is removed or the original packaging/accessories are missing.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

  • You can return it within 12 hours of receipt, in its original packaging and condition.
  • After inspection, a full refund will be issued, including the product value and delivery cost.
